Inhouse Training Sessions

Chase Staff attend weekly training sessions in all aspects of the property Industry: Negotiation skills, Marketing strategies, technical training on tax and depreciation, Investment analysis and Reporting Process.

The Chase management team fosters a culture where the expertise and experience of Senior Executives within the company are always available to all staff. Our Managing Director Rod Brown is a leading agent and adopts a one on one training strategy as he is actively involved in the market.

Additionally, external speakers are regularly invited to attend training sessions. Past speakers have included:

  • James Tostevin - Director and Auctioneer, Marshall White Melbourne, Melbourne's No 1 Agent
  • Westpac - Financial Advisors and speakers
  • William Buck - Chartered accountants
  • REIQ - regular training from Queenslands premier property Institute
  • Napier and Blakely - Independent Property, development and infrastucture consultancy.

Attendance at key property seminars and conferences such as AREC, RP Data, REIQ and UDIA amongst others, is also an essential part of the Chase training.
