Dylan McCullagh
Chase is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Dylan McCullagh as Head Of Department, Asset Management. Dylan’s appointment is an important part of Chase’s growth strategy in supporting the department’s expansion. With a large and diverse level of Assets under Chase management, Dylan brings a corporate level of experience to the team.
Dylan has 19 years of experience in the property industry, managing Premium Grade Commercial, Retail and Industrial assets across the UK and in various Australian cities, including Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. Throughout his career, he has worked both client-side and in agency roles, catering to the needs of institutional, international and private investors.
Dylan was previously engaged as General Manager for JLL on several high-profile properties in Brisbane. These include the recently redeveloped Midtown Centre in Brisbane CBD, the Mercedes Building at Breakfast Creek, Kings Row Office Park in Milton and the University of Queensland CBD campus in Queen Street.
Between 2011 to 2014 Dylan was appointed as the JLL Property Manager for The Rialto Towers in Melbourne during the transition of St Martins ownership and management to JLL as external managing agents.
Afterwards, he took on responsibility for the Hawaiian Group’s Commercial Portfolio in Western Australia, overseeing several Premium Grade CBD commercial assets. This role involved significant asset transitioning efforts, including major lease restructuring, investments in lobby refurbishments and the creation of end-of-trip and gym facilities.
Since moving to Brisbane in 2017 Dylan has managed large-scale commercial and retail properties and several suburban retail shopping centres. He has experience in managing expectations and deliveries for key tenants from various industries in Queensland including QLD Health, Youfoodz, Coles, Woolworths, Mercedes, Super Retail Group, RACQ, AECOM, Rio Tinto and Amazon.
His experience also extends to tenants in Australia, such as Telstra, Newmont Mining, Macquarie Group, Bank of Melbourne, KPMG and Ramsay Health Care.
