Felicity brings to the team a diversity of experience across multi industries. Insurance, hospitality and the airline industry as well as the Project Management of multi million dollar developments.

From a career background with industry leaders including National Mutual Insurance, Daikyo Inc, Qintex Ltd and 18 Years with Qantas Airways, Felicity understands Customer Relations and service at a corporate level with the practical and hard working ethics that come from being raised in country Victoria. “Growing up with a history of pioneers on the Murray River instilled a level of problem solving, hard work and invention by necessity that wasn’t taught at the all girls school I attended in Melbourne – nor at University in rural Armidale NSW. It’s something I credit my parents with and has enabled me to transition to the tough commercial property market. Applying those principles enabled me to pick up a jack hammer in my early 20’s without fear as I embarked on my humble first home renovation over 30 years ago.

Joining the Chase team in 2010 Felicity has overseen the growth and restructure of the Business Operations including software migration to a Cloud based platform in 2019. With an eye for financial detail credited to her grandfather who was an ANZ Bank Manager for 40 years integrity and transparency are fundamental to our relationships with our clients. Heading up the Asset Management Division Felicity has a close working relationship with her team of energetic and dedicated property managers. We all have the same mission – commitment to our clients
