The property had been listed on the market for a number of months with multiple agents, without having achieved a successful sale to that point. Oliver and Rod advised that we should take the property to Auction and presented us with a proposed marketing plan for implementation. The proposed marketing plan was approved and immediately implemented, and despite having a natural disaster weather event take place the day before and the Easter holidays scheduled to commence the following day for most people, the property was able to be successfully sold (5 weeks after the appointment of Chase!).
