His career began at JLL and Sentinel Property Group, and he currently manages a diversified property portfolio worth $500 million at Chase. Leading a team of five, Tom comes from a family with a strong legal background and understands the values, ethics, and standards required to deliver exceptional service and results to clients. Chase manages various asset classes, including large retail shopping centres, industrial and logistics facilities, multi-level offices, bulky goods, and childcare centres.

Tom’s business degree from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) has equipped him with knowledge and insight into the operational aspects of businesses, ensuring that he remains highly cognizant of all compliance-related matters concerning the portfolio while effectively managing cash flow.
