Chase Commercial was appointed by a valued client within our property management division to find a solution to the derelict […]
We engaged Chase Commercial to lease our commercial property in Wooloongabba.
Chase’s asset management team got involved and project managed a refurbishment of the property that significantly increased the presentation of the property. This recommendation and high level involvement from the asset management team resulted in securing a national tenant on a new 10 year lease. We are thankful for their input and management of the whole process.
“I have now sold two child-care centres through Rod Brown and Chase and because of their success in these challenging economic times I have been comfortable recommending their services to my own clients.
Selling these properties was a major decision particularly as a family member was working in one of our centres. It was very important that this sensitive process was handled in the correct manner. After my decision was made to divest, I accepted the recommendations from Chase and I am confident my family made the right decision.
Chase Commercial’s professionalism, attitude, reliability and consistent communication made the entire listing and process not only efficient but also worry free. We are grateful to all the staff at Chase Commercial for their hard work and commitment and have no hesitation in recommending the services of Rod Brown and also the entire company. Chase will be my first point of call for Real Estate dealings I have in the future.”
As the Drummond Golf Managing Director from 2002 to 2015 and over 40 years business experience and ownership in this industry. I am pleased to write this testimonial in recognition of the high-quality service received from Chase Commercial. ironically, I do this in my semi-retirement to a commercial real-estate agent for the very first time. Such was the impact of the quality of service I received from them.
The testimonial relates to Drummond Golf and Big Swing Golf Australia’s new Flag Ship Brisbane Store relocated to 18 Ipswich Road Woolloongabba.
I write to confirm our satisfaction with Chase Commercial as an organisation and the way they co-ordinated their Asset Management Division and the leasing team with the relocation of our new inner city Brisbane super store. Relocating a business of our size after several decades at the previous site was not an easy decision to make. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move, in particular dealing with the team at Chase Commercial made it a smooth transition.
Tom McCafferty and Managing Director Rod Brown made the move all that easier by demonstrating excellent competence and support in both the negotiation process of the new lease and the facilities management of the property. We are very pleased with the move and have been particularly impressed with their aftersales follow up. Too many agents these days are only interested in getting a deal done. However, Rod was always prepared to take my calls and was keen to help get the best possible outcome for us at our new home at 18 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba.
Chase Commercial as an organisation demonstrated not only high levels of professionalism but also an acute and thorough understanding of the entire leasing and property management process from start to finish. The Property Management Division lead by Tom McCafferty serviced our needs and nothing was too hard for him and his team. The timing of our relocation was critical for us so the prompt responses to our requests and requirements made for a timely opening. They kept in regular contact with management and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome. l was impressed with their attention to detail and ease with which information was provided to our company. They exceeded all our expectations.
It is obvious to us that Chase Commercial do know and understand the commercial property market in Brisbane from their many years in this business. We have no hesitation in recommending them to you if you are looking to buy, sell, lease or manage a commercial property.
Thank you, Tom and Rod and the entire Chase team, for your professional work on Drummond Woolloongabba’s new home.
