Established in 2004, and quickly being awarded a Fast 100 BRW ranking of 29 with a second year annual turnover of $5M+, Chase Commercial quickly established itself as a leading brand in the brisbane commercial property market. A recent recipient of  the REIQ 2025 Hall of Fame accolade after winning Best Queensland Commercial Agency of the Year three years running, 2022, 2023 and 2024, we are proud of these achievements.

Chase Commercial began in 2004 and was the vision of our Managing Director, Rod Brown. A team of like-minded highly experienced people got together with a singular vision in mind — to be one of Australia’s leading boutique commercial agencies. The Chase founders, now supported by Rod’s wife and partner, Felicity in the operational side of the business,  work hard for their clients and strive for great outcomes across all facets of the business.
