Trusted Commercial Property Experts With A Proven Track Record
Why Auction
The auction method creates a very strict 6 week time frame on the selling process, from listing to Auction Day and is not open-ended, as with private treaty. Auction terms are also on a cash basis and not subject to finance, nor other conditions, but a unconditional 30 day settlement. Most auctions are conducted under a exclusive agency arrangement and with larger more complicated properties may run over an 8 week period. In auctioning your property, the goal is to sell either before auction, at auction under the hammer or within 48 hours post-auction.

Your Auctioneer
All auctions are conducted by our Managing Director and licensed auctioneer, Rod Brown. Rod has over 30 years experience, has sold over $1 billion dollars of commercial property, has a clearance rate of 92% and has conducted over 1000 auctions. Rod is licensed in both QLD and NSW, allowing our clients to engage Chase Commercial across both states.
