Chase Commercial joins other big hitters in prime Milton location

Chase Commercial continues to kick goals in the commercial property space, acquiring a new $4,000,000 head office in the sought-after retail and commercial precinct of Park Road, Milton.

Key features of the acquisition include a passing annual income of over $450,000 +GST, 7 long-term tenants, and a double basement with 30 secure carparks. The property will be fully refurbished inside and out, including a brand-new office for Chase, with completion scheduled for the first half of 2026.

These are exciting times for the company with the recent appointment of JLL General Manager Dylan McCullagh and Grace August in the Asset Management division. The department continues to grow, managing circa $700M in commercial, retail and industrial assets across SEQ. This month, the team secured a new inner-city Childcare portfolio valued at $20M, further adding to our existing childcare operations.

We are pleased to announce our new Head of Marketing, Mary O’Grady, who joins the team with over 15 years of design and marketing experience across both print and digital platforms.

Chase recently won the REIQ Best Commercial/Industrial Agency in Queensland award for the third consecutive time and has now been inducted into the Hall of Fame as a life member. This was a fantastic achievement and was an outstanding effort by the entire team.
