As the Drummond Golf Managing Director from 2002 to 2015 and over 40 years business experience and ownership in this industry. I write to confirm our satisfaction with Chase Commercial as an organisation and the way they co-ordinated their Asset Management Division and the leasing team with the relocation of our new inner city Brisbane super store. Relocating a business of our size after several decades at the previous site was not an easy decision to make. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move, in particular dealing with the team at Chase Commercial made it a smooth transition.

Tom McCafferty and Managing Director Rod Brown made the move all that easier by demonstrating excellent competence and support in both the negotiation process of the new lease and the facilities management of the property. We are very pleased with the move and have been particularly impressed with their aftersales follow up. Too many agents these days are only interested in getting a deal done. However, Rod was always prepared to take my calls and was keen to help get the best possible outcome for us at our new home at 18 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba.
