We engaged Chase Commercial to lease our commercial property in Wooloongabba.
Chase’s asset management team got involved and project managed a refurbishment of the property that significantly increased the presentation of the property. This recommendation and high level involvement from the asset management team resulted in securing a national tenant on a new 10 year lease. We are thankful for their input and management of the whole process.
