We have recently contracted Chase Commercial to market our office property for a lease-back sale.

Oliver was a pleasure to deal with and I found him to be very knowledgeable in our target market with a drive to succeed in finding a buyer for the property that would suit our needs.

Chase’s asset management team got involved and project managed a refurbishment of the property that significantly increased the presentation of the property.
